We offer a 14-day refund policy for all courses and materials purchased on our platform. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the course or the materials provided, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

This policy is designed to align with the Swiss Code of Obligations (SCO), which governs contractual obligations and consumer rights in Switzerland, ensuring fairness and compliance.

2. Eligibility for Refunds #

2.1. Period

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The refund period begins on the day following the purchase confirmation.
  • Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund except in special circumstances at our discretion.

2.2. Course Completion Status

  • Refunds are available for courses where less than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed.
  • Access percentage is calculated based on the number of modules, lessons, or videos viewed relative to the total content.
  • Downloading course materials counts as accessing content.

2.3. Product Usage

  • For downloadable digital products, refunds are available only if the product has not been substantially downloaded, used, or copied.
  • One-time access codes or activation keys that have been redeemed are not eligible for refunds.

5.3. Mandatory Warranty Rights #
